It hurts so much to read it on black and write, but in a positive way, how easy life can actually be. To find peace, happiness, and joy in life, that it's always your decision. Or to feel stress, anxiety, and insecurity, on the other end of the scale.
This sums it up perfectly for me: Happiness is not given to us and suffering is not forced upon us. We are at a crossroads at every moment and must decide to go this way or that way.
